Refund Policy

ALL SALES FINAL

Due to the nature of our products (consumable supplements), we enforce a strict All Sales Final policy to ensure the safety, hygiene, and quality of our inventory. We do not accept returns or exchanges on products once they have been shipped.

Cancellations

You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been processed for shipping. If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately at familyfungigroup@gmail.com with your Order Number. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

  1. Contact Us: Please email familyfungigroup@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Proof: Attach a photo of the damaged product and the packaging.

  3. Resolution: We will issue a replacement or a full refund for the damaged goods at no cost to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages

The Fam Group LLC is not responsible for packages that are marked as "Delivered" by the carrier but are subsequently lost or stolen. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.
