4. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Billing Descriptor: Charges on your bank statement will appear as "The Fam Group LLC". Please note this to avoid confusion or accidental chargebacks.
We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.
5. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of our products (consumable supplements), we enforce a strict All Sales Final policy to ensure the safety and quality of our inventory. We do not accept returns or exchanges on shipped products.

Cancellations: You may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped. Once you receive a shipping confirmation email, the order is considered final and cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately at [thefamgroup.co@gmail.com] with a photo of the issue. We will issue a replacement or a full refund for damaged goods at no cost to you.

Chargeback Resolution: By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this policy. If you have an issue with your order, you agree to contact our support team to resolve the matter directly before initiating a chargeback dispute with your financial institution. Unauthorized chargebacks for non-returnable items will be contested with this policy.

Binding Arbitration: Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver: You agree that any arbitration or proceeding shall be limited to the Dispute between us and you individually. To the full extent permitted by law, (a) no arbitration or proceeding shall be joined with any other; (b) there is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated or resolved on a class action-basis or to utilize class action procedures.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
